Mitsubishi is working on a system in Japan to allow users to download information about train and subway delays in real-time to their cell phones. The service would also gives users the ETA of their train if they wave their phone in front of it and would allow users to upload a “delay certificate” so they can prove to their boss, girlfriend, mom that they really were late because of the train.
