Palm Infocenter just posted a review of the Treo 755p. While they liked the phone and think it’s a nice minor update from the 700p they think the smartphone doesn't offer much more of an upgrade technology wise from its predecessor. You can check out their full review of the Treo 755p here.

Engadget has gotten their hands on the Treo 755p Palm's follow-up to the 700p. The 755p doesn't have that many improvements and they don't see any 700p users getting envious that they didn't hold out another year for the upgrade. You can read more of Engadgets thoughts about the 755p and check out their gallery of pictures of the handset here.

Treo 755p Revealed On Sprint Site
Added on 2007-04-13 13:22:00
by Richard Baguley
You’ve gotta love it when a network releases details on a new handset by accident. The latest to be revealed this way is the rumored Palm Treo 755p, an updated version of the Treo 700p running the Palm OS. The somewhat roundabout revelation was in the form of a drop-down menu on the site for users looking to trade in an old phone. It revealed the model name (the Treo 755p) and the fact that there will also be a burgundy model. No further details were revealed beyond the fact that Sprint will give you $50 back if you happen to have one. I suspect that you’d do better selling it on eBay.

Rumors of a May Release for the Palm 755p Continue

Rumors of a May release for the upcoming Palm Treo 755p continue to proliferate, and now claim that it will run the Garnet OS. It will be the first 3G CDMA Treo with a built-in antenna if rumors are true. It is also rumored to have a slim profile, and to work over 1X-EVDO networks. It is also expected to replace the current Treo 700p, which could also be kept on as a lower end phone. The biggest complaint from Treo users is battery life, let's hope this one performs well in this area!
Palm officials were contacted, but declined to comment on this rumor.
