Mobilewhack is reporting that the 3G iPhone in Australia will be available on Telstra also. The phone will see a July 22nd release, according to the grapevine.

 One hacker has gotten us one step closer to using the iPhone on different networks. The hacker was able to combine a Telstra and AT&T SIM card together ton get the phone to make outgoing calls. It still won’t accept calls and the data doesn’t work but hey baby steps, baby steps…
There was a YouTube video of the process up, but as of this morning the video had been taken down.
