Sprint in conjunction with HTC has released a new software upgrade for Mogul which makes the windows device run on the Rev. A network. According to Sprint, Mogul users will experience download speeds of 600 Kbps-1.4 Mbps and upload speeds of to 350-500 Kbps. Sprint's Mogul is available for $199.99 with a two-year service agreement and a $100 mail in rebate.
The HTC Mogul will soon get a software upgrade according to a member of the print Product Development group. The news of the upgrade has been posted on the company’s forum and with the update, expect faster wireless networking and new navigation capabilities.According to the Sprint Statement, the upgrade should be available by "early 1Q 2008"
The HTC Mogul Windows Mobile 6 CDMA Smartphone has been finally (we stress on finally) announced by Sprint Nextel Network. The Mogul is the first WM6 CDMA Device in the US and operates on the Sprint Mobile Broadband Network. The phone will be available from this week via www.sprint.com for US$ 399.99 with a two-year service agreement.
