For those who have an iPhone (read review) you know that your selection of compatible headphones is pitifully weak. I'm not talking about using any pair of 3.5mm headphones here, I mean if you want headphones that provide high quality audio for music, a working microphone for calls and a button for both call and music playback functionality you don't have a lot to choose from. If you walk into an Apple store your choices, aside from Apple's own headphones, will be between ungainly and messy extensions that allow you to use any headphone and the V-Moda Vibe Duo. The latter will certainly appeal to many, but you might want to think twice about it. Read on for our reasons.

Jabra's new BT8030 Bluetooth headphones have a rather interesting design; they look like a normal pair of over the ear Bluetooth headpones that can double as a Blueooth headset. But push the speakers out, and the headphones can work as a set of desktop speakers, and even as a speakerphone. That's a pretty cool idea, but the question is if it's a question of jack of all trades, master of none. This new headset/headphone/speaker/speakerphone combo device isn't listed on the Jabra US site yet, so there's no official confirmation on this info or pricing or availability, but I doubt it will be cheap.
Looking for an Apple approved way to keep that iPhone screen shiny? Apple unveiled its Bluetooth headset today, and no real surprises here, other than the $129 pricetag. Apple says the quality is superior to all others (for $129, it best be) but the Bluetooth headset includes more than just the headset itself; Apple includes a dual iPhone dock and dual iPhone travel cable with every purchase. That dock and travel case probably save you an extra $30, so the headset price is pretty competitive with other $100 priced headsets. Plus, if you're an Apple fanboy, you can add another Apple logo to an otherwise common device.

Cell phones junkies should appreciate the new Jabra T5330 Bluetooth Headset! The extra long microphone is a great touch as you won't sound some one from the outer space. It also offers up to 4 hours talk time per charge and has a talk range of 10 meters.
Most Bluetooth headsets look straight out from Star Trek (which is not good unless you are a Trekkie). However the Samsung WEP 420 Bluetooth headset which has been designed by the creative geniuses at Bang & Olufsen seeks to change this trend! The headset takes a simplistic yet sophisticated design approach and hides all the buttons behind a discrete sliding cover. Expect it to hit the shelves by March.
The headsets provide wireless audio while looking stylish. But fashion isn't the only beneficiary here. Technology comes into play with two standard Bluetooth connectors. One for MP3 players, and one for computers. What's better is that the connectors are automatically paired with the headphones, making ease of use yet another benefit to the consumer.
The Cobalt is currently running at about $300 and can be found on the Koss Web site here...
Easy to use, technologically sound, and good looking. Headphones even a 'trekkie' could appreciate.
