Cricket Singing over the Samsung Siren
Added on 2007-04-19 22:11:00
by Rusty Weiss
Cricket Communications will be providing its clients with the Samsung Siren (SCH-A870). It is the company’s first Samsung model.
The model features several multimedia applications; Bluetooth wireless, VGA flash and zoom camera, mobile Web browsing, voice recognition, and VibeTonz® just to name a few.
Cricket’s claim to fame is their relatively inexpensive and unlimited calling plan. It is unlimited only in terms of in-market minutes, though. Offered in a mere 20 states, the plan is quite limited by geography.
Regardless, the Siren represents an attractive flip-style device, and could wind up being a popular choice for Cricket customers.
