Google Maps Mobile has now integrated GPS functionality into its system. Google Maps Mobile offers users real-time traffic conditions, business info for your specific area, and support for ten different countries amongst other features. The newest version of the program can be downloaded here.

People in the UK can get a free TomTom GPS unit with any purchase of a Treo 680 or Treo 750 before June 30th. The deal gets you everything you need to navigate around the UK with your Treo including a Plug-and Go GPS expansion card loaded with maps, a vehicle cradle for when you're navigating while you drive. The package is worth around 150 pounds. Not to shabby for a free gift.

Navizon available for BlackBerry

Yesterday Maxens Technology, makers of the GPS navigation software Navizon announced the programs new availability for BlackBerry.Navizon is a virtual GPS system that uses triangulation with cell phone towers and Wi-Fi hotspots to pin-point users locations even with non-GPS enabled phones. The software will work on any carrier and can be test driven for 15 days for free or purchased for $24.99.

Palm launches GPS and Hands-Free kits

Palm is looking to make your next road trip a little safer. Palm has announced three new car kits for the Treo as well as a GPS/hands=free speakerphone solution allowing users to navigate during trips and make phone calls safely while driving. The GPS kit comes with a 1GB memory card that has been preinstalled with a US and Canadian map, users simply pop in the memory card and they're ready to hit the streets. The GPS kit has an expected price tag of $299, and the hands free kits run from $159-$259.
