iPhone fully unlocked

The iPhone has been totally and completely unlocked. The team over at iPhone Sim Free look to be the first people to fully, officially break Apple's SIM locks. This means you'll be able to set your iPhone up on any carrier, which is a huge boon for overseas users. Any other details, as well as the unlocking software itself, are being kept under wraps. The team responsible wants, and deserves, some form of profit for their hard work.

You can read the full story over on Engadget, who the iPhone Sim Free team called first with this information.
