Vodaphone restraining order threatens T-Mobile's iPhone exclusivity

There is cellular unrest in Germany. The Vodaphone chapter out there has gotten a restraining order against the local T-Mobile branch over their exclusive rights to the iPhone. Basically, they're arguing that it's fine for T-Mobile to sell the phone exclusively, but they feel an unlocked version should also be offered, as is customary in Europe. No official reactions have been issued as of yet; the only info out there is that Vodaphone's bid for the restraining order was approved. We'll be sure to update as this German vignette plays out.
