The Motorola Razr Maxx VE includes an address book that allows you to include multiple phone numbers, contact photos, and additional information for each individual. The Maxx VE also supports voice commands, which can be activated using the shortcut key on the right side of the phone, as well as speed dials. We were not able to determine whether the Maxx VE will ship with the software and cables necessary to synchronize information with your computer.

The Calendar on the Razr Maxx VE has weekly, monthly and daily views. You can create new appointments with alarms and recurrence. We were not able to identify a tasks program on the Maxx VE, however there was an application for creating simple text notes. We were not able to determine if the phone supported voice notes.
