The Touch HD, Touch 3G and Touch Viva gets official, first Android phone to retail for $199, AT&T upcoming line up revealed and more. Here is today’s round up of the best of the mobile world.


HTC today officially unveiled Touch HD, Touch 3G and Touch Viva. All come equipped with touchscreens and include the critically acclaimed TouchFlo 3D interface.  The Touch HD is touted as an iPhone rival where as the Touch 3G and HTC Touch Viva are targeted at the budget oriented consumer. Google Maps for Mobile just got updated and now supports the Street View feature. Via Street View one will be able to access street level imagery of addresses, businesses, and turns in directions. However for now this cutting edge feature is currently available for BlackBerry and some Java-enabled phones.



Engadget Mobile has got their hands on the upcoming AT&T line up and looks like there is something for everyone. Be prepared for the Samsung a637, Motorola V9x, Nokia 6650, Sony Ericsson W760a and Pantech C740 Matrix to hit the AT&T shelves soon.




The informed folks of WSJ are reporting that T-Mobile will sell the HTC Android powered device for $199. T-Mobile will officially unveil the device on 23rd September so mark your calendars in advance.
