T-Mobile's myFaves 1500 plan combines unlimited calling to 5 different phone numbers with 1500 daytime minutes. You also get unlimited evening and weekend calling, free nationwide roaming and long distance, call waiting, caller ID, conference calling and voicemail at a total monthly price of $69.99. myFaves plans are good choices for individuals that make a majority of their calls to a small group of people. In the case of the myFaves 1500 plan you also recieve a generous amount of daytime minutes, which could be good for business users that make a large number of daytime calls to many different numbers.
One possible alternative to the myFaves plans for those seeking to get a large portion of their calls for free are the free incoming plans offered by Sprint. As you can see from the chart above, these plans cost more per minute than an equivalent myFaves plan. We recommend taking a look at your monthly usage and seeing if you have significantly more incoming calls than those to and from your top 5 phone numbers. If you do then a Sprint incoming plan might work well for you, if not the myFaves plan is probably the way to go.
T-Mobile also offers myFaves plans at several other minutes levels. You can upgrade to a 2500 minute myFaves plan for $109.99, or downgrade to a 1000 minute a month plan for $59.99. You can also choose to ditch myFaves entirely and instead use a standard individual plan. The equivalent Get More Ultra plan offers the same number of anytime minutes for $10 per month less.
