T-Mobile's Get More plan is an individual plan that costs $39.99 per month for 600 anytime minutes. The plan includes unlimited calling during nights and weekends, but does not include unlimited calls to other T-Mobile subscribers. Included features are free long distance and roaming, call waiting, caller ID, conference calling and voicemail. Additional anytime minutes are 40 cents each.
The closes competitors to the Get More plan are Sprint's Power Pack Plan with 450 minutes, AT&T's Nation 450 with Rollover plan and Verizon's America's Choice 450 plan. As you can see from the chart above these plans cost significantly more per minute than the Get More plan from T-Moble.
Other options from T-Mobile include the Basic Plus plan for $10 a month less. Basic plus includes half the minutes of the Get More plan and you also lose unlimited evening calls. The Get More 1000 plan is also available for the same price. This plan adds 400 anytime minutes but you lose unlimited evening and weekend calling. For $10 more you can subscribe to Get More 1000 Plus, which restores the unlimited evening and weekend calling. You can also consider the myFaves 300 plan at the same price as the Get More plan. myFaves 300 halves your minutes but adds unlimited calling to any 5 phone numbers.
The Get More plan is marketed as T-Mobile's most popular plan. This plan is a good choice for individuals who make a moderate amount of calls and will take advantage of the free evening and weekend minutes.
