Sprint raises SMS rates

Sprint has announced plans to raise SMS message rates from $.15 to $.20 a piece for messages sent outside of a text messaging plan. Thinking this is a sure fire ticket out of your contract? Thank again. Sprint has also made sure to point out tat SMS messaging is not covered under the terms of their contract, so raising rates isn’t a breach on contract. Will their statement hold up in court? We’ll probably soon find out.
