Sidekick 3 Update On The Way

 Users of T-Mobile USA’s Sidekick 3 smartphone will be receiving a software update that adds new functions to the device while enhancing others. According to crave, the software update will add support for T-Mobile’s MyFaves plans, which allow for unlimited calls to five selected contacts.
The update, which will be downloaded automatically, will also let users save photos received as e-mail attachments into the unit’s photo album. The Sidekick 3, with its large keyboard and swing-away display is optimized for e-mail and instant messaging. The software behind Sidekick devices is developed and licensed by Danger Inc. [Via crave]
