Samsung SCH-W740 Debuts , Sprint Rolling Out 4G in New Markets and More

The Samsung SCH-W740 aka the Haptic 8M has made its debut in Korea. All eyes have been on this handset thanks to its eight-megapixel resolution and its 800×480 touchscreen. Other features include; a T-DMB receiver, Bluetooth support and a business card scanner.

Sprint will deploy its 4G service this year in a number of new markets including; Atlanta, Honolulu, Dallas, Portland and Chicago. Also in 2010, expect 4G to be available in markets like  Boston, Houston, New York, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.
