The Samsung Memoir (also known as the, SGH-t929) boasts an 8-megapixel camera with an auto-focus lens and a Xenon flash and features the TouchWiz interface and a touchscreen with haptic feedback. The Memoir's package is rounded out with GPS, Bluetooth, and 3G capability on T-Mobile's network. The high-megapixel camera phone competition is on and the Memoir looks to be a strong contender and even edges in on iPhone challenger territory with its large touchscreen. It will be available on T-Mobile on the 25th for an undisclosed price. We got our hands on a production version of the Memoir at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona to bring you a first look at this new device.

UPDATE: Since Mobile World Congress, we obtained a Memoir in order to do a full review, complete with all of the scientific tests we subject every phone to - you can read it here.
