Tethered Modem
No official word on the Pre's ability to act as a tethered modem, wired or wireless, has been provided.
GPS
The Palm Pre has aGPS and while a screenshot of the application is available from Palm, it was not covered in the demo at CES. Sprint does offer turn-by-turn GPS for devices and the Pre may be utilizing this service though we don't know for sure yet.

The Pre does not have Push-to-Talk.
