Conclusion
Nokia's devices have been high-scorers in our tests and we've generally found lots to like about them. They continue to make improvements to stay competitive with the market, such as the inclusion of 3.5mm headphone jacks instead of the 2.5mm jacks that used to be more predominant in their devices. The N86 is one we're excited to get our hands on and we have high hopes that it will be another multimedia beast that might drive us to sell our current digital point-and-shoot cameras on eBay in favor of it. Yes, the price sounds a bit high compared to what you see when you buy a phone directly from a carrier, but we think freedom to switch carriers at will for cheaper international roaming is worth quite a bit. We'll look forward to seeing if the N86 lives up to its promise when it is released in Q2 of 2009.
