Cellular Bands (8.0)
The E90 is a Quad-band GSM phone, running on 850, 900, 1800, and 1900 bands.
Data Support Score (6.0)
If you're lucky enough to be in Europe or Asia, the E90 supports HSDPA on the 2100 band. Otherwise, you'll have to settle for slower Edge speeds, which are typically 150-250 Kbps (as opposed to HSDPA's 800 Kbps-1 Mbps).
Update: This section was originally scored incorrectly and has been updated to reflect this. The original score was 3.0.
Bluetooth (9.5)

The E90, ever on the cutting edge of connectivity, supports Bluetooth 2.0. According to our test PC, the E90 advertises 13 services: SDP Server, AVRCP Target, Audio Source, Hands-Free Audio Gateway, Headset Audio Gateway, SyncMLClient, OBEX File Transfer, Nokia OBEX PC Suite Services, SyncML DM Client, Nokia SyncML Server, OBEX Object Push, DUN, and Imaging. That's a great selection that means it will work with Bluetooth headsets, headphones, speakers, and printers. It can also be used as a Bluetooth modem if the carrier allows it.
Wi-Fi (5.0)
The E90 sports an integrated WLAN on two networks: 802.11b and 802.11g. This should provide speedy downloading in Wi-Fi-equipped locations; a big plus if you use the optional podcast downloader, or regularly copy big files to and from the device.
Infrared (7.0)

The E90 also dusts off the ol' Infrared, which isn't found on most devices any more. Business users hoping to connect to legacy hardware can rely on the E90.
