The WSJ reviewed the Sprint HTC Touch Diamond, which still hasn’t been officially announced by the Powers of Be at Sprint. According to the reviewer, the Achilles Heel of the device is its archaic Windows Mobile operating system, which is quite “frustrating”.

The BlackBerry Bold is now available on Vodafone UK. They  are offering it for  £35 a month with a 24-month contract that also includes 600 minutes talk-time. The Bold is also available on all Vodafone Total Business prices plans and for more information on them, go here.

Engadget Mobile is reporting that the Palm Centro will soon be available in two new shades. Sprint will exclusively carry the “Rose” and “Lime”  versions, which should debut by October.

Google’s  co-founder Sergey Brin confirmed that they are working on a mobile version of the Chrome web browser for the Google Android smartphones.

Said Brin at the Chrome launch event Tuesday. "We have not wanted to bind one's hands to the other's," Brin said. But you can
expect that to change now that both projects are public and nearing their first final releases.
