Motorola i9 Debuting soon, Nokia fixes Nokia 5800 XpressMusic’s 3G Problem and More

According to BGR, the Motorola i9 will be available on the Sprint Nextel network by March 12th. The PTT handset will retail for $249.99 after rebates.
The issue that was plaguing the NAM variant of the 5800 XpressMusic’s handset has been fixed. Says Nokia in a press release:“We have concluded this was an isolated situation related to a configuration change in the North American variant. We have now adjusted the configuration and will resume sales shortly.”

All you Nokia aficionados out there, be prepared for a new Nokia event this March. The company will be hosting a music related event on March 11. Hosted at events.nokia.com the online event will commence on 10am CET.
