LG Viewty Smart Unveiled, Samsung Instinct S30 on Sprint and More

The LG Viewty Smart (LG-GC900) is now official. The latest incarnation of Viewty includes an eight-megapixel camera, a WVGA touchscreen, LG’s S-Class User Interface and 1.5 GB of internal memory. With 7.2 Mbps HSDPA network and Wi-Fi compatibility, the Viewty Smart is just 12.4 mm deep.



Google CEO Eric Schmidt is extremely confident about the Android operating system. Says Schmidt: Overall, it looks like Android is going to have a very strong year". Soon netbooks will utilize the Android OS and according to the rumor mill Asustek Computer is working on an Android based Eee PC netbook.

The Samsung Instinct S30 is now available on the Sprint Nextel network for $129.99 with contract. Those who are not interested to sign a contract can purchase the phone for $449.99.
