Cellular Bands (4.0)
The LG Chocolate can function on two CDMA bands, 800 and 1900MHz. This means your Chocolate will have all the restrictions that come with CDMA phones, such as extremely limited service outside of North America. If you travel a lot for business, you should either get Verizon's international roaming service or invest in a GSM phone. The international roaming service lets you lease a GSM phone and keep your number for a surcharge.
Data Support Score (6.0)
The new LG Chocolate is still on Verizon’s high-speed EVDO network. This means your average download speed will range from 400 to 700Kbps, with burst speeds topping out at 2Mbps. We were unable to verify this with a speed test as the Chocolate's browser didn't support dslreports.com. As with all phones on an EVDO network, exiting a coverage area will cause the phone to revert to the slower 1xRTT for data transfer. If you aren't planning on leaving North America, however, you will enjoy fast data transfer speed in most areas.
Bluetooth (8.0)

Wi-Fi (0.0)
The Chocolate doesn't support Wi-Fi.
Infrared (0.0)
The LG Chocolate does not support infrared.
