Dialing
The Touch Pro2's on-screen keypad has large buttons to make dialing easy. While there are physical Send and End buttons, there is also an on-screen Talk button, which we like to see since it avoids the need to make the long reach from the virtual dial pad to the bottom edge of the phone, and because there's more than enough screen real estate for it.

Send and End Buttons
The Touch Pro2's Send and End buttons are at the very bottom edge on the front, which doesn't feel like the ideal location for them on such a large device where it takes a bit of effort and often 2 hands to utilize them.
