Tethered Modem (8.0)
The Touch Diamond can act as a USB modem fr your computer using the included USB cord. Although it lacks the Bluetooth Dial-up Networking profile, the Touch Diamond can still share its network connection Bluetooth through the Personal Area Networking profile and selecting the correct settings in the Internet Sharing program on the Touch Diamond. We are happy that both wired and wireless tethering options are available with the Touch Diamond, and would love to see this capability out of the box with every smartphone.

GPS (6.0)
The Touch Diamond has aGPS, which means it has a standard GPS chip that can get supplemental data from cellular towers to aid in location. The included Sprint Navigation software provides spoken directions, traffic information, and business information similar to any dedicated GPS device you'd find. The only snag is that this will cost you $2.99 per day or $9.99 per month for unlimited use. This capability is worth a mention here but it earns less points than it otherwise would had it been free to use.

PTT (0.0)
The Touch Diamond does not offer Push-to-Talk.
