Google Releases New Version of Youtube, Pandora and IHeartRadio for BlackBerry and more

Google has released a new version of the Youtube application for Windows Mobile and Nokia S60 phones. The latest version is faster and also offers improved streaming over Wi-Fi to support a wider range of networks. One can download the application by visitingm.youtube.com from their handsets.


Tech Trader Daily is reporting that major carriers have rejected Dell’s first attempt at a mobile handset. The reason for rejection? “Too Dell like”. So its back to the drawing board and hopefully the second time Dell will get it right.

Virgin Mobile USA will soon plunge into the touchscreen world. Virgin's touchscreen smartphone would be designed and priced keeping in mind the low- and middle-income youth. For now no further details are available.

Some good news for BlackBerry users. The Pandora and IHeartRadio  services are now available to select BlackBerry devices including the Bold, Curve and Pearl handsets. Unfortunately T-Mobile users cannot avail this service.
