Front Open
The front of the G60 is dominated by the 3.55" resistive touchscreen, with absolutely no physical buttons. Above the screen is the earpiece speaker, and below the screen is a small hole for the microphone.

Left
There are a few features on the left side of the G60. At the very top (on the left in the photo below) is a lanyard loop and immediately below this is the microSD card slot hidden behind a plastic cover. In the middle is the car mount connector (the G60 comes with a suction cup car mount in the box), at the very bottom on this side is the mini USB port.

On the top of the G60 is the 2.5mm headphone jack and the power/sleep button.

Back
The only item on the back of the G60 is the camera lens placed within a decorative metal strip bearing the Garmin-Asus name and logo.

Handling
At 2.29" wide, the G60 has a good width in the hand and is quite easy to grip, particularly given the flat sections on the sides. It has a matte texture to avoid feeling like a slippery little thing in your hand, unlike a naked iPhone 3G with its glossy plastic shell.
Portability
At 4.41" long, the G60 is right in line with other touchscreen-only devices like the LG Dare and iPhone 3G. It weighs 4.83 ounces, which isn't terribly heavy relative to its competitors, but its weight is well distributed and it has a balanced feel overall. The G60 might be a little long for some pockets, but will have no problem whatsoever fitting into a bag or purse.
Aesthetics
It's hard to spruce up a device whose main external feature is a large touchscreen, and the G60 is a little bland with the metallic band on the back as its only eye-catching decoration. To be clear, we don't want cell phones to be objects of bling, but some sense of style is nice to have. The G60 is fairly sedate in its design and won't be an embarrassment to anyone in a professional setting.
