Facebook Version 1.5 for BlackBerries, Samsung Trance Debuts on Verizon and More

Facebook Version 1.5 for the BlackBerry smartphones is now available for download. The latest version includes a number of enhanced features including better contacts integration. The Samsung Trance has made its debut on the Verizon Wireless network. Available in Piano Black or Electric Red, the music phone offers touch-sensitive navigation, has a 220 x 176 display, and features Bang & Olufsen's ICEpower sound technology. You can purchase it for $49.99 on contract after a $50 rebate.

A new Game Controller is available on the Verizon Wireless network. Compatible with the LG Versa, the Game Controller features a snap on  slider design and an 8−way directional keypad. You can order it  for $29.99.




AT&T is offering the refurbished 16GB iPhone for $149. However you do still have to sign up for a two-year contract in order to purchase it at this price.

 

 

 

 


Cricket Communications on Earth Day launched a new nation-wide handset recycling program.  Customers can drop off or mail their unused phones at participating Cricket stores and a portion of the proceeds from the program will be donated to Rebuilding Together.
