AT&T's Individual Nation 2000 w/ Rollover plan is a mid range postpaid plan. 2000 anytime minutes are available for calls outside of Cingular’s network, during daytime hours on weekdays. This plan costs $99.99 per month, which works out to 5 cents per minute, which you can see from the chart above is standard for a plan with this many minutes.

The key feature of AT&T's nation plan is Rollover minutes. This feature allows you to "bank" unused anytime minutes for use in the future, although you should note that such minutes do expire after 12 months. Still, this feature allows users the flexibility to save up minutes for months in which their usage is higher than normal.

This plan can be used with any phone Cingular offers. If you are purchasing service for more than one individual, you should consider a family plan.
