Boy Genius reveals Windows Mobile 6.1 upgrade features

Looks like The Boy Genius got his hands on a phone with that new Windows Mobile upgrade we've been hearing about and has decided to give a video walk through of the new features. We have to say that the home screen looks almost identical to the T-Mobile Shadow home screen, but the Shadow definitely doesn't have the rest of the features revealed.

These include things like copy & past support, threaded text messaging and Internet Explorer looks like it might finally catch up with modern browsers by adding a full screen zoom feature that lets you get around full web pages easily. Phones with the new Windows Mobile update are supposed to start becoming available in the first half of next year, and although the update will be available for older handsets it will be up to the manufacturers and carriers whether it will be coming to a phone near you.
