Bell Mobility’s Roadmap, Telenav GPS Navigator Coming to G1 and More

Bell Mobility’s roadmap reveals a whole lot of smartphone love. Over the next couple of month expect phones like BlackBerry Curve, Palm Pre, Samsung Omnia and Palm Treo Pro on the Canadian network.

Telenav GPS Navigator service, which is a turn-by-turn directions software package, will soon be found on Android-powered T-Mobile G1. The subscription-based service is $9.99 a month and should be available by February 24th.

Sprint has released software version 4.7 for the BlackBerry Curve 8350i. The upgrade not only enhances the overall performance but also fixes pesky little bugs like blank screen and delayed multimedia messages. Head over here for more info.
The BlackBerry Connect client is now available for handsets like; HTC Touch Diamond, HTC Touch HD, HTC Touch Pro and the HTC TyTN II. For the uninitiated, the tool lets one use BlackBerry email services on non-RIM handsets.
At MWC Nokia will unveil an 8-megapixel-camera phone. While the device still remains a mystery, Nokia did show release a picture that was taken from the handset. You can check out the high-resolution version here.
