AT&T to Launch a new iPhone Data Plan, Palm Pre Debuting on 6th June and More

Looks like AT&T is contemplating a new iPhone data plan. AT&T Mobility CEO Ralph de la Vega in a conference announced the company’s plan to introduce a more affordable iPhone plan. Says Vega: “Right now we continue to study what is the best thing that is available, not just from an iPhone point of view, but what you can do to stimulate additional demand."

The much-anticipated Palm Pre smartphone will be available on the Sprint network on 6th June. The Pre will be selling for $200 with a 2 year plan and one will also have to sign up for an Everything Data plan or Business Essentials by Sprint.


 


The newly announced Nokia 6600i slide is the company’s smallest 5-megapixel slider till date and is expected to start shipping by the third quarter of 2009. The slider phone also features 3G connectivity; dual LED flash and is housed in a brushed steel casing. The Nokia 6600i slide has an estimated retail price of EUR 200.

 

 

 

 


SEMC is reporting that Sony Ericsson will soon release a new firmware update for the Xperia X1. The best part? The latest build will have feature "support of BlackBerry connection".
