Tethered Modem (8.0)
The Fuze can be used as both a tethered and wireless modem to connect your PC to the internet. The required device driver for PC users is included on the CD that comes with the Fuze. Mac users will be restricted to Bluetooth tethering only, but this is better than nothing. We found it easy to set up the Fuze as a modem via USB and Bluetooth.
GPS (6.0)
The Fuze has a GPS receiver, though it doesn't come pre-loaded with any GPS navigation software. You can easily download AT&T's Navigator software through a handy link in the Programs list, and it will require a re-start to complete the installation. Note that AT&T will charge you to use this application to the tune of $9.99 per month, but it will give you turn-by-turn voice directions and directory services.

If you don't want to spend this kind of money to use the Fuze's GPS capabilities, you can download the free Google maps application which will be able to use the internal GPS receiver, though it won't be able to give you true turn-by-turn voice directions, but it is better than nothing at all.

PTT (5.0)
The Fuze is capable of push-to-talk and will cost you a minimum of $5 per month to use. Our review unit did not have PTT enabled, so we were unable to see it in action, though the information available on this service indicates that it will be easy to see the availability of your PTT contacts and manage your own availability so you're not interrupted when you don't want to be.
