AT&T & Verizon Offer Mobile DVR

Forgotten to set up your DVR again? Getting withdrawal symptoms for missing your favorite show again? Your suffering may just end as more and more mobile carriers are jumping on the DVR bandwagon!  In fact both AT&T and Verizon will soon let you use your mobile phones to remotely record television shows .

AT&T customers can subscribe to the Homezone for $9.99 a month which is a video-on-demand service that lets one use their phones to record TV shows on home TVs.  This service will kick start from Tuesday next week. However Verizon users may have to play the waiting game as the company has not come up with a specific date for their service but announced a $1.99 charge per month. Industry insiders fell that it would be just a matter of time before more carriers cash on to this trend!
